Having problems setting up page

Hi,
I'm new to selling and having problems setting up my listing.
I get to The Payment Policy and because I haven't ticked PayPal won't let me go any further.
Can aomeone direct me to a step by step please.

if you dont offer paypal you have to offre one of the other safe payment options. That could be why you are able to go any further?

Plus, if you haven't already, you actually need to open a PayPal account (if that's the box you tick) and connect it up to eBay.

(sorry to point out the obvious, but we had a post earlier today where a seller ticked the box but didn't open up an account)
