I have two accounts ,so can I sell twenty on each account

You get 40 free lisings on each account provided they are both registered to sell.

Total of 80. (keep in mind the 2 accounts shouldn't interact with each other)

Unless you have selling restrictions, you should be able to list 40 on each account.
