Beside the market tools, Is there any other ways to promote listings, such as sponsed links to Ebay first page?

Promoting your item with listing upgrades

 

Cookies, Web Beacons and Similar Technologies

 

 

 

And, name every picture that you use on eBay with Key Words that people may use to search for your item both on and off eBay during a Google Search.
