Okay - OP - contact the emailer and pay them.
Jeez Lyndal, get off your high horse and read the other threads that relate to this scam.
I spoke to eBay & Paypal and NO they DO NOT use ARL in these matters - what ARL do have is a website that makes it very easy to copy 'legit' looking documents for the scammers.
You can't please all the people all the time, so now I just please myself

If this is retaliatory because I was rude on another thread - go and check my reply to you - it was NOT my response to the OP over there you reacted to, it was another poster.
To clarify - ARL is (as Lyn said) a registered company - the letter a friend of mine received was from ARL - Aust Receivables Limited - this is how I knew it was fake as ARL is Aus Recoveries Limited - sorry for any upset caused.

Oh and I can admit - I am often 'wrong' but there are ways to point out errors without being snotty about it.
