problem with relisting and logging in

have cleared any temp internet files and turned my computer off and on however when logged into my ebay acc - when I try to relist an item, it asks me to log in again to relist and when typing in my password it does not go past the sign in page.

I've disabled my pop up blocker and changed my password....any idea why?

Try clearing cache and cookies. Or changing your browser. Especially if you use IE. Firefox or Chrome are good.

just upgraded to the most updated IE.  hubby not that techsavvy so he's not willing to do it.  I heard IE was problematic - ho hum

There have been sign-in loop issues with IE for a few weeks, and other problems.

Try this if you're using IE:

tools menu in Internet Explorer, then Compatibility View Settings, add ebay.com.au, ok. The screen will reload and should be OK if you weren't seeing it right/able to do stuff.

If that doesn't work, give Chrome a go as it is more eBay friendly.

This has solved most IE issues recently 🙂

Thanks amber, used google chrome to log into ebay and it worked! I already had the customise settings in place for some previous html issue.

I have changed my password and now I can't log off from my old password. Does anyone know anything about this?
