I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER THREE MONTHS FOR MY CREDIT TO BE CREDITED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT
WHAT A JOKE! EACH TIME BEING TOLD, IT WILL BE SORTED SOON THEY ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES PROCESSING IT!

is your problem about a postage label as i have been waiting 3 months for an error when i printed off 2 labels by mistake
they tell me the same thing, it'll be sorted out soon

after i posted on here about waiting 3 months for a credit i rang customer support and they gave me a credit back while i was on the phone.....dont know why they couldnt have done that before with the emails i've been sending

why would it be a credit from a seller? They would provide a refund yes?

Annie tried to help you with a very limited amount of information. Many members come here seeking help and use incorrect terminology for common eBay speak that many of us take for granted. Annie was merely providing questions to elicit information which could assist in her and other members providing you with beneficial information.
It is not uncommon for the terms credit and refund to be used interchangeably.
To answer your hostile and condescending rhetorical question directed towards a kind member who was purely trying to help you, yes, a seller could have offered you a credit for you to use with them, it is not uncommon.
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
