I listed an item with the incorrect sizing.
Didnt realise my error until the item was purchased and I was packing the item for postage.
I have sent 2 messages to the buyer once on the 08/06 & again on 11/06.
The buyer has not acknowledged the 2 messages that I have sent requesting for them to confirm if the still want to proceed with the purchase.
The buyer paid for the item on 11/06 but I'm unsure if that means that they are understand that the item sizing is M not XL or if they do not want to proceed.
Also the system had somehow updated to reflect that the item has been posted
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Lana

How much money are we talking about? If it was only around the $10 plus postage mark I would send them the item with a note to tell them to have it on me to either gift or resell and that I had given them a full refund.
I(f it is a lot more money and they do not contact you then you have to decid how to proceed. You can just refund them which may get you a neg, you can send it with a note saying if they do not want it they can either have a partial refund and keep it or you will pay for rturn postage and refund them in full when you get it back.
Quick edit, didn't take note of the time scale, you need to give them longer to reply.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
