Don't care.  My first reply was  'Hi, I haven't received any orders, so I do not know what you want. Before you pay via Paypal please request an amended invoice, so I can adjust for the correct postage. This will depend on the size and weight of the order."  Had every opportunity to tell me what he wanted to buy and find out what I would charge to the postage.  If it sounds like a scam to me, then it is a scam.  Can't afford losing money on large orders.  End of story.

As buyers are more and more frequently using the cart, and as it takes a determined member (even those with thousands of feedback have had difficulties) to find the option in the cart to ask for combined postage, it is going to be a more frequent problem.

I would suggest you politely ask about the ins and outs, or it may well be end of (your eBay) story. As your sales will almost definitely suffer.

Probably have reacted hastily to this buyer.  But really - do I have to educate every ebayer?  Please note - I have found several references for Combined Postage on the internet.  This seems to be the best - It's a youtube file at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08oFgmhHnmg.  Would you put this link on all of your listings?
