Using eBay print labels how do you correct the buyer's address if it wont print. ie has Sydney 2010?

I have a buyer who has their address as Darlinghurst Sydney 2010 and I can't print out the postage label. It's telling me to

correct the address, so does any one know how to do this?  I need to remove Sydney. It was easy with click and send.

At the top of the shipping address click on Change
