That's what I had to do recently when I started my new store for fruit trees. I had to phone eBay to request an increase in selling limits as I didn't have 30 feed back as a seller . You have to ring office hours for that one and ask for someone who can increase your selling limits. Special section I can't remember what it is now but you will be put through to the correct dept.
