Great news! After three emails and me being told that the defect would stand I have won 🙂 The defect for 'Item Description' by a buyer who refused to pay for the item has been removed along with her smarmy 'positive' feedback. Plus the damage she did to my DSRs has been repaired.

It seems the squeaky wheel does get greased eventually. Very happy 🙂
