I am not sure that I appreciate Cats choice of words but to answer your question bigbrickshop....you can have 200 items on your Watch List and 200 items on your Wish List.

In the days before Collections you could have 50 personalised Lists (including the Watch List and Wish List) each containing 200 items.  By my calculations that makes 10,000 items which could be watched.  

I have no idea how many items you can have in Collections and whether they show as Watchers on the items.
