Hopefully Tazz does send a report, because I've sent 2, plus reported all the listing with bids and so far, nothing!

Tazz has already stated that he will leave the reporting of this shill bidding up to you. He quite rightly does not appreciate being accused of taking all the glory when he has tried to help you get the right reasons for reporting to ebay.

And if you read my follow up comment, you will see that I apologised for my out of line comment.

That poor seller is not getting any bids now as their main two shill bidders are now NARU'd,
That other ID has 3 auctions finishing and the rest are now BIN's.
Their completed listings have bids by their shillers,(who have "won" most of them).
No bid retractions by them so they'll be paying eBay FVF,

I would hope that eBay will have a "red flag" up for any NPD's opened against the shillers Taz.

That's what I can't work out about the other seller. His shill bidders seem to be bidding up high together, even when there are no other bidders and 'winning' everything, but their feedback never seems to increase. I wonder with that seller only having 28 feedback whether he is using those accounts to increase his feedback score, but then I'm not so sure about that either, because the other accounts don't seem to leave him feedback.
I wonder is p***p
( 0 ) is a new shill account or whether it's a genuine new buyer? I noticed the original offender sold one of hers to a 0 feedback buyer too.
I'm also wondering how many times I have to report this other seller before eBay does something. I pointed out absolutely everything in black and white, yet they let him continue. So, I just keep reporting. As for the original seller, I have reported this current account twice now, even pointing out the obvious association with the NARU'd accounts and all i can think of is, she hasn't been NARU'd yet because there hasn't been any shill bidding on the current listings (despite it being blatantly obvious on the sold listings prior to her other accounts being made NARU). Who knows what goes through the minds of eBay employees!
Can everyone see bid retractions on a listing, or only the seller?

As a buyer chooks, I can see bid retractions on listings, and can then click on the bidder and see a bit of their bidding history.

Thanks Padi. I knew you could see if a particular bidder had retracted a bid buy clicking on them, but wasn't sure if there was some mention of it under the list of bidders. I know when a bidder asked me to cancel their bid a few months back, it was written on the bottom of the bidders page, but wasn't sure if it was only me that could see it.

Yep chooks, any bids on a listing can be clicked on to see if any of those bidders have made retractions, and if there's a retraction on that listing then it will show at the bottom of the bids.
I spotted one a while ago and alerted my seller to an excessive amount of retractions by one of his bidders (though not on his items), he blocked them after that to save any aggro...............
