DG you have "reworded" the terms in the OP.


 


The nuance therefore changes and in some cases considerably.


 


 




I have put up how I personally interpret those terms in order to clarify why I would not have a problem purchasing from a listing that contained them. I haven't said, or suggested, others are wrong and I'm right in regards to how the writer of those terms intend for them to be taken - nuances do make a lot of difference, perhaps the writer of those terms doesn't know how they come across, or how to make the same intention > result sound more 'customer friendly'.

If a seller needs to "explain" the meaning behind their terms - and if there is some level of risk it will be misunderstood - then IMHO maybe it might be beneficial to seller and potential buyers to reword it. 






JMO but I can't see the point in T & C except for entertainment value ie when a seller writes 'now for the boring bits' or 'now for the nitty gritty' or ' if you don't pay I'll leave you negative feedback' etc. ;\
