Two different shipping addresses, which one to use?

I have an item ready to ship to the buyer and the ebay shipping address is different from the PayPal one. Contacted the buyer twice to clarify, no response as yet. What to do?

The Paypal one & presume you're using either registered or click n send which you need to do to have seller protection.

Also really hope you're not posting those glass bottles in a satchel.

You must send it to the shipping address specified on the Paypal payment advice.

You're welcome. 🙂

Make sure to include a return address, incase the PayPal address is invalid.

Why would the paypal address be invalid soul?

The buyer enters the delivery address in paypal as they go through checkout so it is more likely to be accurate than an address in ebay which they may have forgotten to change if they moved.

Lol lyndal as if all buyers actually look at the address listed when they go through checkout :^O

I've done that before, thought I had changed it but it was showing as my old address (which is only across the road anyway) Forgot to change it at checkout :_|

You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means

The email from ebay after an item is sold has an address, it may be their registered address, it may be their primary delivery address or it may be the last address they used.

That address will disappear if the buyer goes through checkout and changes to a different address, the address that is in checkout is the only address that will be exported to Paypal and is the only address you should post to.

The only time you would send to the pre checkout address is if the buyer pays by bank deposit without completing checkout.
