when i press print postage label it takes me to sign in page I press sign in and it keeps staying on the sign in page. A notification came from firefox about silverlight just before i tried, would this have anything to do with it

nothing to do with silverlight
probably just a glitch - have you done all the usual things, sign out, reboot, clear cookies etc?
how far did you get - have you actually paid for the label? if so, can you see it in your email messages?

A big glitch!
I have several Bx4 boxes to post today so I can't use C&S. I hope it's fixed soon.
