no feedback for buyers !!!!!  Just a transaction count . . . . . now I could cope with that.

I think the feedback comments for sellers are useful, but the postage DSR has to go as it is not understood by buyers who mistake it for "time to get to me" rather than "time seller took to post".

I have emailed eBay a few times about the huge Postage Time misunderstanding for buyers. I suggested eBay put a little pop up there that tells them exactly how to judge what star ratings on postage time in relation to sellers NOT Australia Post. It's actually quite confusing the way it is.

Now I send my buyers an email after I have posted their parcels telling them what day & time I posted their parcel and tell them what delivery date Australia Post has nominated. I then explain to them that now Australia Post has their parcel I no longer have any control over its delivery time. The problem seems to have sorted itself out so far anyway. I know it's very time consuming but while it's working I'll do it.

Hi!

I found if you go to feedback forum click on feedback for others you can still see the dateSmiley Happy

Oops meant to say click on Follow up to feedback left not feedback for others

My feedback for others is showing as the new format 😞

I even tried going through quite a few of the foreign eBay sites to see if it made a difference and it seems they've all changed to the new month/year thing.

I have no idea what they were thinking with this one! Too many after work drinkies one day maybe??
