Don't worry too much about how a negative affects your customer's trust. Seeing a buyer has a negative feedback doesn't stop me buying from them. I always check how they've responded to the negative rating, and use that to guage whether they're a fair and honest seller. As someone said, there are just so many nutters and bullies out there who delight in ruining others feedback its rare to have someone with perfect feedback anyway. Mind you, I've had an unfair negative feedback a while ago, and didn't it hurt! Even a neutral stung with my customer too hurried to read the description. But, the more sales you have, the further that red negative gets pushed back onto another page, and most people are nice and won't think the worst of you. So, take heart, and good luck with your selling. xx
