I take it that most received a personal email from eBay Global Customer Experience team stating how sellers can compensate for the outage on Sunday from 8.15pm.

 

At least we can re coop our free listing that ended between Sun 10:15pm - 05:45am EST which I have now listed again on all my id's. Customer service assured me that you will be credited for those listing and also give me back the remaining free listing out of the 40 I had still left over today. Seems a lot of kafuffle as I had to send to customer service the announcement email from my personal email address to get this done.

 

Why don't they just give everyone another 150 freebies this week, would be much easier.

I was not able to access ebay au on either Sunday or Monday (2 full days from around 11am on Sunday).  Finally was able to log in around 9.30am on Tuesday.  Was not at all impressed that I could not access to create shipping labels for sales on a different seller account.  If I get less than 5 stars on postage I will be asking ebay to do something about it as it was their fault I could not ship.
