When you look at sellers negative feedback, you often see "item never arrived, seller refused to refund". That indicates to me that the buyer is out of pocket for the item that never arrived. Often they are lower feedback buyers. I wonder why they didn't make a claim through PayPal. Answer is, they probably don't know they can.
It's all well and good to say they should read up on the help pages, but there are so many and often you get taken around in circles, never finding the info you need. I think dodgy sellers rely on naive buyers who don't know the system.
That's why I'm so grateful for these forums. I have learned SO much. Much more than you can learn reading the help pages.

I agree chooks.
Navigating the help pages has got progressively worse since the introduction of so many changes, there are so many more dead ends.

Wow, that's unbelievable, maybe the CS team have been reading this forum.
Finally some justice well deserved.
Let's hope in the years to come we will have an alternative to eBay, then they won't treat us like smeg, go Alibaba!
