I have been on the phone three times in the last 10 days to CS and explained this each time. After finally receiving an email back from them last night, where they seemed to think the issue was feedback and not DSRs, I had the chance to email them back with screenshots showing the Paypal payment date, the Aus Post tracking (which shows I deposited within 24 hours of receiving payment) and the date of delivery. I will continue to ring them until I get the defect removed.
