I think part of the reason buyers ask to demo it is so they can have a look at it, not just play it.

 

Fair enough, you say they could try one out in the store.

 

But buyers don't know you, they don't know if the item is 100% as claimed or might have a bit of a defect, maybe something not working quite as expected.

 

I know that sounds harsh but it is probably part of the reason people like to look at bigger or more expensive items-to reassure themselves it really is as described.
