I can only assume there is more to it as well but they arn't telling me. Although I was thinking today maybe it's because I've been at a new house and therefore a different ip address. (been house sitting for 2 weeks). But if this is the problem then why not tell me? Anyway as far as I can see eBay has a bunch of people in a dark room somwhere who make decisions about people in the real world. These people have no clue of reality and from what the supervisor told me he can't even talk to them so what hope do any of us have if there a real issue.
