Is this a hijacked account?

I don't really know how to tell if an account is hijacked but I came across a seller who has been selling small items with reasonable feedback but now only has stupidly priced phones for sale. One of the items is: 131332596426

Need your advice before reporting.

sounds dodgy, report him anyway and let EBAY work it out,  when in dought report first and ask questions later

Agree, certainly looks dodgy. Report it, but ebay are very slow to do anything about it. That's if they even bother !!!!
