Site still playing up

Buyer paid by Bank transfer. Item posted.

When I go to mark as Payment received I get this message.

Have tried a dozen times.

Will add the buyer to the exempt list incase my store settings open an UPI .

Something to remember.....

The site has been playing up all week at different times of the day , for all the fees we pay we deserve a lot better ,it is already time consuming enough selling on line ,  and there is no point in calling help desk because the service is just as bad , not happy ebay not happy at all 😞
