Incorrect Ebay Invoice

I have been charged $46.50 for insertion free for the month of December and  have had under 40 sales for the month. Why have I been charged. They should be free. How do I complain?

Are you sure you're not talking about FVFs?

munchkin, the listings are free. Up to 40 per month.

But when you sell something you are still charged the final value fee which is 9.9%.

At a quick look I can see over 30 items sold .

I suggest you read up on selling, site map, bottom of ebay pages.
