Feedback percentage help?

I am a bit confused and I know someone on here will be able to explain (as I bet it is a pretty simple explanation). My current feedback score is 5818, when I click on it to view the feedbacks, just above the very first one it says total feedbacks received 6406. So why aren't the other 588 showing.
Sorry is this is a really dumb question.

If a buyer purchases more than 1 item in a 7 day period the feedback count will only show for one on the counter if they leave it for more than 1.

An order of multiple items such as 5 or 10 items on the same invoice will only show as 1 transaction in the count.

Even if the buyer leaves feedback for all 5 or 10 items.
