Hi I just received notice from ebay my listing for the gateway 3ds was removed after being reported by Nintendo for copyright violation.

I did not specify what the device could or could not do.

Are such devices not allowed to be sold on ebay??

ilms. I have just read the VERO program. I'm not a tech head by any means & know nothing about them, but having just looked through some of the Nintendo 3ds listings, there seem to be 6900 odd listed. ??? Could someone fill me in please.

I thought so since Slowsales ain't so quick to contact anyone or doing anything to attract business to their site.

Would be nice if they did though.

The Gateway isn't a Nintendo product, but a 3rd party product that allows pirated games to be played on the consoles.

I am not surprised the listing was removed, and I suspect Nintendo know what to look for, full description or not.
