Nope as sellers can not be as honest in feedback as buyers so are not allowed to be honest

Only if you interpret them as it seems ebay does...

• We believe people are basically dishonest.
• We believe everyone has something to contribute, but only if it has a political or religious bias, or makes money for us.
• We believe that an honest, open environment brings out the best in people, so we strive to achieve the opposite.
• We recognise and respect everyone larger sellers as individuals.
• We encourage you, (the buyer),  to treat others, (the sellers),  the way the **bleeps** deserve to be treated.
