Spoke to the PO and they were equally annoyed with them and have received numerous complaints! The last parcel I was expecting I checked the mail on coming home at about 1.30pm, no card, left to go back out at 2.15pm and check again, and low and behold a card!!! I was so annoyed because I knew he had not even tried, and worst of all he deliberately changed the time, so I drove around the block and found him, he was pretty shocked and knew he had been caught out!!!
Over a period of about 2 months, when I was recuperating from surgery, and house-bound, I was purchasing a fair bit online. 4, maybe 5 times I saw the AP contractor come to the letterbox, card me, then drive off - always late afternoon. Suspicious me figured he wanted to get away early from work on those days. When I confronted the PO about it, it was vehemently denied, but when I produced videos taken on my phone of the last two incidents, we've had another contractor ever since...who's absolutely brilliant!
