I purchased a Samsung S4 phone  a year ago, as a featured ebay item, however today I learned, much to my dismay, that the phone is not covered by warranty by Samsung Australia as it is deemed an :\"International Model".  At time of purchase there was no mention that there was no warranty,  so, buyer beware!   Samsung Australia advised me to throw the phone away, and buy an Australian one.
