Aust notes value

Hi,

I have two notes that I would like to know the approximate value of.

A ten shilling note prefix AH 56 in unc condition

A $1 note prefix AAS also in unc condition.

Can anyone help please ?

cheers

Pics would be good so we can see the signatures and whether the $1 is a Commonwealth note.

Just reply and select the pic frame called insert image next to the smiley.

Not sure if this helps it is from the Renniks book

Thanks Sparklz, that nails down the ten shilling note's value very well. It is R17.

Could you do the same for the $1 note ??

Cheers

Hi Kopenhagen,

The $1 is a 1966 Commonwealth note.

When I purchased these around 14 years ago, I was trying to get an example of the last ten shilling and first $1 notes issued, in unc condition.

Cheers

Sorry I looked at first prefix, yours is mid-range prefix.

So between 200-300 depending on UNC or aUNC.

Sparklz, if you can post the $1 pic same as previous one.

A little difficult to read this one.

Perhaps leave out the note so we can see the type better.
