A few times I’ve wanted buy something under $20 dollars and the GSP wants over $50 plus import fees!!!
Some stuff is so small, that sellers can ship here for under $5.
Not to mention, GSP takes LONGER to receive.
Why such high outrageous prices from Pitney Bowes that take 2-3 MONTHS before receiving!
Also, PB has massive complaints against them!!
Their reviews are quite bad!
Yet eBay keeps using them!!
The whole thing is nothing but a scam for eBay and PB to rip off people in other countries in the World.
GSP should’ve banned and removed from eBay!
I rarely buy on eBay anymore due to the disgusting Global Shipping Program they have!
I can buy the SAME stuff on Etsy and AliExpress without paying the ripoff Global Shipping fees!!
When is eBay gonna get a clue that a lot of us buy on other sites now!

I doubt you can buy the same stuff on Etsy, and definitely not Alibaba. Or if Alibaba, why would you buy from the US or UK rather than from the source of your cheap Chinese junk?
If you don't like it, don't buy it. Simple.
And this is a specific board. You should be looking at the many threads in 'buying'. One of which actually contains facts, rather than whinges.

Not a scam but an expensive service to use for small items.
Can be a good service if shipping large items not available by a postal service.
Simply don't consider sellers using the GSP whether it be USA or UK.
I have messaged sellers many times if they would consider using USPS and were not aware they had been opted into the GSP.
Some sellers are happy to offer USPS or Royal Mail when asked.
But like I said, it's not a scam so don't set yourself up for defamation on a public forum.

eBay do not care and also do not read here
Not liking something does not make it a scam
Don’t like it, don’t buy it
Especially not this kind of service for tiny items

It is a scam. I’m an American living overseas and the government here says they recieve NO duty from eBay. So it’s illegal to charge extra money and not pass it on to the correct country’s government.

The government here is the Australian government. Which has legislated to that effect. The GST component, anyway.
You obviously aren't in Australia, and what the American government says is irrelevant. We are not yet the 51st state.
You claim to be in Australia, but you don't seem to have a grasp on Australian import laws. Who did you ask? More aptly, when?
There are many threads about this in 'buying', the relevant board. You might like to read them before you make any more misleading statements.

Once again, YOU not liking something does not make that thing a scam
Your comment is utter nonsense, although will no doubt be backed up by fellow Trumpsters
Report it to the proper authorities and see what they say

By whom?
And the premier of any state is not the governor. Nor have they any connection to the Federal government, or the ATO
You seem to be misinformed, by whoever you contacted.
And marking your own post as a solution doesn't give you any credibility.
