ahh the saga continues LOL - still have a phone - but not my original number - even though they said it would be back today ..... but got a sms re internet telling me it was being processed ..... I rang them cos I aint stupid ....I know if they connect the internet to this bogus number I will be stuck with it forever - and I aint playing that game ! I want the number I have had for the last 22yrs back ..... rang them and told them so this late arvo when I got home - the guy agreed that yes that was what would happen if it went through at the moment....
he has sent an email (urgent) to his manager & the section that is responsible for the connections .....telling them to sort it out and do it properly ....and to make sure its my old number - I wont take a new one! 😉
he also told me that the management has confirmed that it was entirely their fault - that they cancelled my phone & net by mistake - and will have to make it up to me in a BIG WAY !! Im not holding my breath until it eventuates LOL
and the telstra girl rang me again today to check on things - such a lovely girl - told her to not ring me on monday in case it wasnt finalised - so she will be ringing me on tues ♥
