Well I'm off to wash my hoir. Big assignment nowadays! I'm having it trimmed on Tuesday. It's going to cost $35 - no wash, no style, just a layered trim at the local town hairdresser. Is that normal??
crikey rose .... thats a lot .... we go to a local girl .... she charges $16 for a trim ..... mind you I have long hair so mine is easy to do .... but Im sure it would be a lot less than that 😮

My mum gets charged $20 for a full cut and style but I recently got slugged $80 at my local hopping centre joint for just a basic trim (I've got extremely long hair so it really was a quick trim of the ends) grrrrrrrrrrrr I was not impressed.

Yeah mine's long too. I doubt she'll be 10 minutes. Not happy but it's way overdue. I'm going to get her to curve the ends. Last time I went there it was cut straight across & lost the curve it had. So I'll make sure I get as much work out of them that I can. It's a scandalous price I reckon.
Rose♥ I was gobsmacked. I had a 50 note at the ready thinking I'll get a good amount of change back so when the girl said $80 I made her repeat herself as I was thinking I was hearing things.She even bought the price list out to show me.
I learnt a very valuable lesson that day.ALWAYS ask the price beforehand lol now but no lols then.

yes I dont think I could have kept a straight face either le-anne LOL .......
my hairdresser says mine is easy to cut ...although she got a little carried away last time and cut off wayyyy more than I would have liked .... she asked me about 2-3 inches ? ... but ended up taking off about 6-7 inches - I dont think she realised how much it actually was ... 😮 ..... luckily it grows pretty quickly .... well I hope it does 😛 ....

Oh my Le-Anne! I would of fallen out of the chair at that price. My hairdresser was charging $35 for a haircut. It didn't matter if it was just a trim or a full blown cut. She's now charging $45. Needless to say, I don't see her as often.
