Le-Anne, do you use Internet Explorer? If you do, you'll see File Edit View and so on. Well click on the Help and then click on Contents and Index. Type in the box (task bar) without the () and it will come up with several options to help you out. You can lock the taskbar and many other options. Hope that helps.
