adding photos help please

I have photos on another app and can't drag and drop. I download and then upload and they are the wrong size. I tried getting notification on my phone to load from there but I don't get one. 

can anyone help please

Don't use the app, it's been trouble since it was introduced.

 

Either use the full site on your phone or use a computer.
