Hello all,

I am a small seller.  I was always under the impression that I had counteroffers enabled, however as late I have noticed that when I send offers on the app it says 'counter offers disabled'?  I have searched high and low for any info on this and how to change it all to no avail.  I am still selling, but i would like to have the option for the buyers to counter back.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
