I initiated a refund, I got the refund as well, but the item was due to be returned by 12 May but it's showing nothing in my purchase history and I am unable to see any return details or how I need to make a return. If someone can help please.

Did you buy on this account, another account or did you buy as a guest or sign in through social media?
What was the reason for you returning the item? (not as described, or change of mind?)
IF not as described has the seller not issued a return label?
Have you changed the time period in the dropdown menu in your purchase history to cover when you bought the item?
