Hi,

I bought an item as a guest and today it has arrived but damaged.

I contact the seller and he told me that he can refund me only if i comtact him and request the refund from the guest account. I google how to do it, but it doesn't work. When i click on "view order details" it tells me "order not found: unfortunately there has been an error retrieving your order." Why is that? And what can i do??
