Attempted to purchase item with gift card 

credit card insufficient funds with go with it 

eBay can advise auto refunds are in place 7-35 days but they cannot find my gift card refund with a purchase order or item number 

I have explained the gift was deducted during a failed purchase and still couldn’t find it under that catergory 

that haven’t been able to give status updates since it’s been 21 days so far 

What do I do ?

it’s been escalated but been 7 days no update from the specialist department
