Hi I'm trying to verify my identity but don't have a driver's licence or passport I only have a proof of age card

Try putting in the number of the card, in some states that works as it's the same as a DL number.

Hopefully Padi's suggestion will work but registering to sell / verification isn't always a quick , easy process.

In the meantime , I highly recommend you end your current listings until it's sorted.
You'll be expected to post your recent sale but won't receive any payment until you're verified, personal and bank, and the payment will still be on hold after that.
You do have the option of cancelling the order for your sold item so something to think about
