accepting an offer

I have accepted the offer of an item.  How do I remove it and then organise payment when it is still listed?

The buyer needs to make the offer through the listing so ebay can get their fees.

Once the item is sold then you will be able to send an invoice to the buyer.

Lyndal, is "best offer" on auction items a new feature? I'm sure I've only seen BINs with auctions before now........

Can't have best offer on auctions, just tried.

It appears to be on the OP's auction Kopes.

"continues scratching head."

A new function it seems. But just not for us.

It's either taking time to become active for all members or perhaps only available in some categories.

I would guess if a bid is placed the best offer disappears same as a BIN.

Maybe ebay are now adding it to auctions, not the seller.

Ceratinly possible. Ebay are sneaky enough that is for sure

Hadn't thought of that and very possible.

Seems eBay are doing a lot of fiddling trying to increase their turnover this year.

I've noticed that best offer has been added to auctions that have a high starting price say from $50 and upwards.

I haven't seen it added to auctions starting at 99c.

So it definitely must be ebay that are adding it because ebay are adding it to BIN listings so they figure hey why not add it to high price auctions as well Woman Frustrated
