Ebay customer support is no longer contactable at all! Phoned three times today, on hold for more than 25 mins each time!

Chat - same thing! Estimated time is always 3 mins. What's going on??

chat went through after 45 mins! incredible

 

to say that they were helpful would be laughable. 1.5 hours of my life wasted as usual.

That is about all bots are going to provide

 

It is a better idea to request a call back (better yet to ask to speak to a supervisor)

 

Chat is just bots with a script, useless as t's on a bull in most cases

Go to the help and contact tab at the bottom of any page

 

Click the contact us box that comes up 

 

Select the reason you need to get in touch

 

The 2nd box is 'call me'

 

(you need to be signed in to ebay)

 

Option is avialable Monday-Sunday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (AEST/AEDT)
