I was contacted by a buyer wanting to purchase multiple items I have listed up, but he says that this strange message came up when he tried to do so; 'The seller only allows for buyers to purchase 1 item every 10 days'. 

How do I go about changing this in my account settings, as i have looked and tried to fix this and have been unable to do so?
