Paypal Link not available in Accounts Tab

Ive gone to the accounts Tab and theres not link to PayPal in Payments.  Only has "Add credit or debt card " in which i have done. 

 

Google AI - and Microsoft Edge, and Ebay Help have indicated a tab to do this.

I still have the option to pay by Paypal, but some members have reported that there is no option to do that anymore.

 

eBay said a while ago that they were going to stop Paypal as an option for payment (ridiculous in my view) so maybe they're rolling that out now.

Assuming you are looking for this information as a potential seller, there is no longer any choice, all funds from sales have to go to your bank account.
