If tech are even aware

 

The response from eBay cs they 'will raise it with tech' is just a scripted reply (usually with a 'within 24-48 hours') everyone gets who contacts them about any 'tech' issue

 

The issues have been going on since last week

 

They informed me there were no issues (quite adamantly) and I should clear my cache

Any difference if you try paying for a purchase on ebay.com or ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.au?
