Yes, I have the same problem. The most frustrating part is that EBay doesn't give a damn, obviously they feel they have enough customers. They have such limited contact details and no ability to email them. Enjoyed shopping on Ebay, so know how you feel. I will miss it. Go well.
I'm assuming you're using an iPhone, because Android users aren't having the issues. Have you tried updating the app? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Does your operating system need updating?
