When I click on an item from my email messages, it takes me to another entirely random email message from my inbox. I also received an old ebay order saying that I purchased an item that has already been purchased and delivered months ago?

The first step would be clear your browser's cache - hold down the "CTRL" key and press "F5" a couple of times, then refresh the page.
