Sometime it is just a glitch, maybe try again later. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to leave feedback, has the time run out? Or, is there any chance you have already left feedback previously and just forgotten you did? Have you missed filling in anything when leaving feeback?  I can think of no other suggestions at this time, I hope something here helps.
